Best team in the world

Our office team is made up some of the finest people I have ever had the privilege of working with.  From Janda and Sarah at the front desk who greet everyone with a smile and will take care of your every request whether it's scheduling, billing, customer care questions, or just chit-chatting while you wait.  They know your name and love to hear about what is going on in life so they can best take care of you.

In the back office, you will likely spend as much time with our experienced, certified and cheerful dental assistants Diana or Chelsie as they prepare you for your dental appointment with Dr. Luke.  They will cheerfully help answer your questions and calm your fears as well as take care of getting you a blanket or pillow should you need it to help make you more comfortable.  If needed, they can explain procedures through the use of our educational iPad dental information technology and life-like mouth models.

Our hygienists Ashley and Maria will provide you with the most gentle and thorough dental cleanings and gum exams.  They love working with families of all ages and excel at taking care of your gums and overall oral health.

Ashley is...probably the most wonderful, strangest hygienist you'll meet.  I graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology with my Bachelor degree in 2011.  I am from Southern Oregon, born and raised, and hope to retire here as well.  I love being in the outdoors, hiking, rafting, anything that allows me quality time with my husband and golden retriever. You'll often find me with my camera on days off (hint: someone took all these amazing pictures).  You can pick on me, but I might pick back!

Hello, my name is Maria, though some of you might know me as Lupita, the name I've been called since I was little.  I was born and raised in the Rogue Valley. I have had the privilege to start with Dr. Luke as an assistant in 2009 and then move on to complete my hygiene degree in 2012.  I'm very fortunate to have a wonderful family and be a new grandma.  My "lil' peanut" has been such a blessing to our family.  I'm also blessed to consider every one at work as my second family.  Come on over for a cleaning!

Hello, my name is Chelsie I was born and raised here in Rogue Valley.  I have been in the Dental field for a little over two years.  I spend most of my time with my beautiful 4 year old daughter!  I am very blessed to work with such an amazing team who I consider family, I truly LOVE what I do!  I am known as the karaoke assistant so if you hear me don't be afraid to sing along!!

Hi, my name is Janda and I have been in the Dental/Medical field for over 30 years.  I have been married to the love of my life for almost 20 years.   We have 4 kids and 2 grand-kids.   It is an honor and a blessing working with such a wonderful team.  I love interacting with our patient's and getting to know them.   Above all, spending time with my family and loved one's is my favorite thing to do!

My name is Sarah and I was born and raised in beautiful Southern Oregon.  I have been in the dental field for 11 years, 8 of those years working as a dental assistant and 3 years in the front office, where I am now one of the smiling voices you may hear on the phone when you call.  My time outside of the office is spent with my very busy 4 year old Taelynn.  We enjoy the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.  I am also a treatment coordinator here and would love to help you with any treatment questions you may have!

Hi, my name is Diana I have lived in the Valley for almost 20 years. In 2000, I was working up front in the dental office, shortly after that I became a dental assistant.  I love working with patients, hearing their stories and making them feel like they're apart of our dental family.  I am very blessed to work with Dr. Luke and our Dental team.  When I'm not at work I am enjoying the outdoors with my fiance.  Between us we have 4 children but no grand babies.... yet :(

Luke is wondering why he has two places on this website for people to read about him.  Egomania? Narcissism? A funny website easter egg by my team? Perhaps just a love of goofy pictures.  I'll go with the last one, I love to have fun with both our team and our patients and when it comes to this area, I've been here in Eagle Point since 2009 and am still finding new places to explore.

Fun facts: I used to break dance (used to *wink wink*), love to play German-style board games with my family, can make food disappear incredibly fast while still retaining manners, I think that root canals are fun to do, and I love going on dates with my wife any chance I get.
